Yet it's so common that half the time we don't even notice," a woman with a monkey on her shoulder says in the ad. Barrow has won time and again in his heavily Republican district, though Republicans are hopeful businessman Rick Allen could make him sweat this election. This is the second NRCC ad targeting Barrow.

Barrow has painted himself as a fiscal conservative throughout his career, and has highlighted that mindset in recent ads.
