McGovern Replaces Lantos as Human Rights Co-Chair

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) announced Thursday that Rep. James McGovern (D-Mass.) will replace the late Congressman Tom Lantos (D-Calif.) as co-chair of the Congressional Human Rights Caucus.
