Barney Frank’s (D-Mass.) decision to appear on Fox News’s “The O’Reilly Factor” last Wednesday, his first appearance on the show since the pair’s now-infamous October 2008 shouting match (O’Reilly: “You’re a coward.” Frank: “You’re too dumb to understand.”) left many in Washington wondering why Frank would risk a repeat performance with the notoriously antagonistic host.
