New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) has a question about ethics reform: "Who the hell disagrees with that?"
Christie, a former U.S. attorney, has pledged to clean up his often-ethically challenged state. In a web video, the governor noted that he had made several proposals for reform more than a year ago, but the state legislature has not acted on them.
Included among Christie's proposed reforms are ending dual office holding, disclosing conflicts of interest and ending "pay for play."
